I was preparing for a vacation, but even with dieting for 3 months strict and doing workouts, I could barely lose any weight. Super quick recipes, but no AI integrated… personally I really love that since I travel a lot I now have a guide to roughly eat the right sizes even in restaurants. I also don’t feel tired anymore after a meal. It is not quite a scientific solution, but it’s simple and if you want to make small changes to your diet in an easier way will probably like this.

It’s a pity it can’t be integrated with the Apple Watch, and why isn’t there AI in it? But otherwise, it’s cute and very easy to put together my own meals. I experiment with new menus every day, and I find that the suggested food portions work well for me. That’s a big help so I wouldn’t cancel it.
But in the 10 years following the end of my career, I gained extra pounds. I tried several tracking programs, but they frustrated me, and I couldn’t lose weight effectively with them. With this app, I don’t even have to think. I simply get a menu recommendation that is so good that, almost unbelievably, I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. I’ve gotten into ‘batch cooking,’ but if I order a Margherita pizza for lunch, that’s fine too. And yes, I usually measure that on a scale as well. Great for anyone wanting to lose weight.
Love the simplicity with Marroni. I don’t have any physical pain anymore as a middle aged woman over 50. The recipes, the tips, and measured portions on a scale! So unique and came just at the right time when I believed that at this age it is normal to wake up with aches here and there. There is no trace of muscle or joint pain, tiredness, or sleepless nights. I am glad I didn’t believe the stereotypes and tried this new thing.
I enjoy recipes that are easy to prepare, and I find the whole design and the food assembly feature fun. I like that they don’t bombard me with unnecessary information and notifications. I enjoy using it, and since I’ve been eating with this program, my constant craving for sweets has also disappeared. I am more focused and organized than ever.
In this program, I got to know foods and recipes that I rarely consumed myself. For example, buckwheat. At first, I didn’t like it, but I learned how to prepare it and now I almost miss it if I don’t eat it. And I admit, the majority of the recipes aren’t always a culinary art for me, but I feel fantastic from them, and that outweighs everything. The fact that I don’t have to calculate how much of what to eat, and yet I am well all day, well, that means more to me than anything.
Gives me so much balance😁 I am a stay at home woman for a while now and realized that constant tracking is not working for me. It stresses me out, and I also miss my own recipes. I tasted B4LL’s fruity breakfast at a friend’s place, and ever since it’s all I prepare. Better solution than the AI programs.🙏 so easy to prep and buy in 10 minutes for real. Highly recommend it because you can even whip up something great from canned stuff in no time. Didn’t think that a non-gym app would give me everything that I need to build my muscles.
Could really do it for a lifetime. I’d like to mix a match foods and even eating out, but sometimes I just don’t have the money for it so I am really happy with the program because I can prepare my own balls at home quickly and cheaply.

Most people use it as a safe space to calculate their quick daily servings.
